After
receiving my law degree from the University of Texas Law
School in 1972, I spent four years as
an officer in the US Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps.
In the Navy I worked as a defense counsel and
as a prosecutor in a wide variety of court martials.
After leaving the Navy I took a position as an assistant
district attorney in New Bern, North Carolina, regularly
trying cases in both the district and superior courts.
I left that position in 1979 and since that time
I have been in private practice in New Bern.
Over
a quarter of a century of private practice has taught me that
all lawyers are not created equal. Be careful.
Look for character, reputation, experience, skill, service
and price.
Ask
others about me. I am known in this community and in
all of the local courts. You can be confident that your
case will be handled professionaly and to your advantage.
Let's work together to develop a strategy that is best suited
to your individual needs.
I
look forward to hearing from you.
